Delete your data

You can remove your data yourself in a few clicks, or ask us to do it for you.

Delete one connected account

  1. Sign in and open Connections.
  2. Find the account and click the × (delete) button.
  3. Confirm. Its stored metrics and every saved report that contains its data are deleted immediately.

Turn off a report share link

  1. Open Reports and click Link next to the shared report.
  2. Click Turn off link. Anyone who opens the old link now sees a not-available message. Deleting the report also turns its link off.

Turn off a live dashboard link

  1. Open Settings in the workspace.
  2. In Live dashboard for your client, click Turn off link. Anyone who opens it now sees a not-available message.

Delete a workspace

  1. Open Settings in the workspace (owners only).
  2. Scroll to Delete workspace, type the workspace name and confirm.
  3. All of its connections, metrics, reports and invitations are deleted.

Delete your whole account

  1. Open Settings → Your account.
  2. Under Delete my account, click Delete account and enter your password.
  3. Your subscription is cancelled and your account is deleted, along with every workspace where you are the only owner. Workspaces you share with another owner are handed to them.

Remove Metriclune from the platforms

Deleting data in Metriclune doesn't remove the permission you gave on the platform. You can revoke it there too:

  • Google, Google Ads, Search Console and YouTube: open myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose Metriclune and select Remove access.
  • Facebook and Instagram: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Metriclune and click Remove.
  • TikTok: in the TikTok app open Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions, select Metriclune and remove it.

When a platform tells us access was removed, or we can no longer use it, the connection stops syncing. YouTube data is deleted automatically if access can't be revalidated for 30 days.

Ask us to delete your data

Email support@metriclune.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the address on your account. Tell us whether you want one source, one workspace or everything deleted. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. Deleted data can stay in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.

If you connected Facebook or Instagram and no longer have a Metriclune login, include the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account so we can find it.
